Terms of Service

Effective 1 January 2025

1. Service Provider

Coaching services are provided by echotidee.com (PE), EDRPOU 74306420, at Business Center 'Horizon', 45-V Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine. Contact: info@echotidee.com, +380 730 873 1345. Single tax payer; VAT optional. Legal representative: Sara Fischer, Managing Director.

2. Services and Free Consultation

We offer paid coaching blocks and one free 30-minute consultation per person. The free consultation does not create a paid contract. Paid block details, price, and deliverables are shown before purchase.

3. Payment, Cancellation, Refunds

Payment is due before the first session. Cancel at least 24h before a session for a full refund; later cancellations forfeit the fee. Distance contracts: 14-day withdrawal right unless fully performed with your consent. Refunds within 14 days.

4. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

5. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is processed only with your consent as per our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies require prior consent via our cookie banner.

6. Advertising and Consumer Rights

Advertising is not misleading and makes no unsubstantiated guarantees. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and to courts for consumer disputes.
